Meet The Lead Pastor
PASTOR SCOTT AILES
Scott is married to Michelle and, together, they have seven adult children and nine awesome grandchildren. Scott is the Lead Pastor at Hamilton Church of Christ and is responsible for seeing our church grow through fellowship, outreach, small groups, prayer and our regular worship services. He earned his Master of Divinity degree from Ashland Theological Seminary and has served church families in Indiana for over 15 years.
His desire is to see everyone in our area know and love Jesus and each other through genuine community. He loves sports, his motorcycle and his wife, although not in that order!
Meet The Associate Pastor
PASTOR DON CRAIN
Don and his wife Sara have seven adult children, 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. As Associate Pastor of Hamilton Church of Christ, Don is responsible for the Prayer Ministry, Communion meditations and supporting the overall ministry of the church. Having received a Bachelor’s Degree from Great Lakes Bible College, Don has served in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio as well as serving ten years as a missionary to the Navajo Indians in Arizona.
Hamilton, Indiana is Don’s hometown and he is happy to be back home. He loves the Lord and his church family!
Meet The Worship Director
DIANE EAKRIGHT
Diane leads worship on Sunday mornings and has a heart for connecting with God through music. She has played the piano in church since 7th grade - in the old days along side someone playing the organ while singing the good old hymns! And while she does enjoy the good old hymns, she also enjoys the message in the new worship songs.
Diane has been married to Sam for 41 years and they have 4 married children and 6 grandchildren (who she dotes on way more than she ever did her kids - but what grandma doesn't?). She loves watching football, reading a good book and spending time outdoors.
Meet The Preschool Director
CASSIE PECKHART
Cassie is the director of Kingdom Kids Early Learning Center and Lead Teacher in the Toddler Room. She has been with Kingdom Kids for 6 years. Cassie currently lives in Butler, IN with her husband, Matt and 2 children on the family farm that includes cows and chickens.
Cassie graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a degree in Elementary Education. She also has a Child Development Associated Credential. Overall, she has worked in early childcare for 17 years.
In her free time, Cassie loves to be outdoors working in her yard as well as traveling and seeing new and unique places.
Youth Outreach Coordinator
KRIS TADSEN
Kris is the Youth Outreach Coordinator. Kris has been married to his wife, Chelsie for 13 years. They have three daughters, Aubree, Grace, and Emma. Kris and Chelsie own “Tadsen Tee’s” screen printing. In his spare time, he enjoys anything that requires being outdoors, especially golf. Kris has a vision for youth ministry that goes beyond the conventional youth service. His heart is to create a safe place for young people to grow and excel together. He wants to build a family for young people to come and see not just what they are capable of but who they are called to be. Because of his own struggles growing up, he wanted to be able to help young people feel Gods Love. He took that passion and with the help of Hamilton Church of Christ he was able to start HYPE (Helping Young People Excel). HYPE is a youth Ministry focused on young adults ages 13-20. HYPE is for the youth in the area to gather and grow their relationship with Jesus. They participate in community service, mission trips, youth services, Bible Studies, and a lot of other activities. HYPE is a safe place to come and talk about anything and everything and no one is judged. Everyone is encouraged to come be apart of the family.
